To participate in the conference, please fill out the
Registration Form and mail it with proof of payment to the
Secretariat.
For payments before 15 February 2010, the conference fee/person:
Normal rate = USD 400 / Rp 4.000.000,-
Group - 3 participants or more = USD 350 / Rp 3.500.000,-
While for onsite payment = USD 450 / Rp 4.500.000,-
Payments are to be made by wire transfer in US Dollars
or IDR (in Full Amount). The bank account details are

Terms and Conditions
- Requests for substitutions are welcome. Please
notify the secretariat at least 1 (one) week before the
event.
- Request for cancellations must be made in writing at
least 3 (three) weeks before the event (31 January
2010). All cancellations will carry a 25%
administrative fee. Refund will be issued 2 weeks
after the conference.
- No refund will be given for cancellations received
after 31 January 2010. However, a complete set of
conference papers will be sent to you.
